The watch does look good, but I feel a bit misled by how it was presented. It seemed slimmer in the photos, but in person it feels bulky and heavy on my wrist. Not a bad watch, just bigger than I thought it would be...

I ordered a watch from AVI-8 and it did show up in good condition, so no complaints there. The packaging was decent and nothing was damaged. Shipping just took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update very quickly, so I was kind of left wondering where it was for a few days 😅 Overall, not a bad experience, but not especially fast either. Average for me

I had a small issue with my order and emailed AVI-8 support, not expecting much. I sort of assumed it might turn into one of those back-and-forth things where nobody really takes ownership, but they replied quickly and got it sorted without making it awkward.

The person I dealt with was friendly and explained things clearly, which was a nice change from the usual copy-paste replies you sometimes get. It was simple, helpful, and fixed properly, so I’d be happy to buy from them again...

I do like the watch and it looks really good in person, but I can’t help feeling like the price was a little high for what it is. Maybe it’s just bad timing on my part and I bought before a better deal came around, but the value doesn’t feel quite as strong as I expected.

The watch itself looks really nice and feels solid, so I was excited at first. But wow, the strap was NOT my best friend for the first few days. I was acting like it personally betrayed me every time I wore it. It did loosen up after a bit, and the fit is okay now, but still not what I’d call perfect. Overall, it’s fine, not amazing, not terrible, just kind of an average experience

I picked up my AVI-8 a few months back, and so far the movement has been really steady. I wear it most days, and it’s been keeping time better than I expected. I’ve only had to tweak it once, which kind of confirmed what I already thought about the brand being dependable.
I haven’t had any random stopping or weird time loss like I’ve run into with a couple other watches. Maybe I was already expecting to like it, but it’s been exactly the no-fuss, reliable watch I wanted. Really happy with it

Got my avi-8 mostly because I liked the look. Didn’t expect much from the lume, but it’s actually solid. Charges up quick and I can still read it later at night. Happy with it.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the strap feels really nice and the quality seems solid. it makes you wonder why some other brands charge so much for straps that don’t feel any better than this.

I really like how clear the dial is, even when I’m just glancing at it real quick. I can read it thru the day without any hassle.

The box looked nice overall. I’m the kind of person who notices little details right away, so the slightly scuffed corner stood out to me. Not a big deal, but it could’ve been a bit neater

I really like the look of the watches on AVI-8. They’ve got that aviation-inspired style, but it doesn’t feel overdone or too flashy. The colors and dial designs are really nice, and the site itself is clean and easy to scroll through. If anything ever felt cluttered on a watch site, that would be avoidable, but this one feels well put together. I’d give it 5 stars for the style alone.

I picked up an avi-8 watch because I really liked the look of it, and to be fair, the design is genuinely cool. But once I had it in hand, I just felt kind of drained by the whole thing because the materials didn’t match what I was expecting. The strap was stiff right out of the box and had this plasticky feel that made it seem cheaper than it should.
The case finishing also had a few rough little edges, nothing massive, but enough that I kept noticing it while wearing the watch. I wanted to be excited about it, but instead it just felt like another small disappointment. For the price, I expected better quality control.

My order showed up late, the tracking barely changed the whole time, and when I reached out to support, they basically just told me to keep waiting. I get that delays happen, but this felt frustrating, right? I don’t think I’d order again after this.

Had a problem with my watch, so I hit up warranty support. To be fair, they did get back to me and eventually sorted it out, but man, they took their sweet time. Bit of a pain in the ass, but it got handled in the end.
